How long does it take to receive my certificate after payment?
After payment verification (2-3 business days), your certificate is processed and issued within 10 business days for standard processing, or 3 business days with express processing.
Can I retake the language test if I don't achieve my desired level?
Yes, you can retake the test at any time. We offer a Retake Option add-on for €40 that allows one free retake within 6 months of your original test date.
Is my certificate recognized in all EU countries?
Yes, Europe Language Certificates are officially recognized across all 27 European Union member states and by the European Higher Education Area institutions.
What payment methods do you accept?
